Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for site development or willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Desire to work in teams to achieve shared goals.
• Ability to identify practical uses for company-approved AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Ability to review AI-generated content for accuracy and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Apply civil engineering concepts to develop solutions for project challenges.
• Prepare construction plans, cost estimates, reports, and other documents.
• Coordinate with review agencies, clients, and sub-consultants for permits.
• Prepare grading plans, profiles, road design, and details using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research regulatory requirements and design standards.
• Perform calculations for stormwater facilities, utilities, and roads.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations.
• Assist project engineers to complete projects on time and within budgets.
• Attend project meetings.
