Job summary

Seneca Foods is seeking a LAN/PC Administrator to provide hands-on IT support for the Janesville location and regional users. This role maintains end-user computing equipment, printers, mobile devices, and local network connectivity to keep operations running smoothly.

You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade PCs and peripherals, manage help desk requests, and collaborate with operations and IT teams on deployments and projects while escalating complex issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience.
• Experience providing IT support and enterprise user management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Windows desktop operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on and remote technical support for Windows computers, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications.
• Install, configure, repair, replace, and upgrade PCs and peripheral equipment; deploy new equipment per standards.
