Job summary

Seneca Foods is seeking a LAN/PC Administrator to provide hands‑on IT support for assigned location/region and assist with IT initiatives across the organization. You will manage end‑user computing equipment, printers, and local network connectivity serving office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments.

The role involves installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading computers, and handling help desk requests, with escalation to regional IT as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience providing IT support and enterprise user management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Windows desktop operating systems.
• Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other Windows domain services.
• Experience installing, configuring, repairing, and troubleshooting PCs, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
• Familiarity with network hardware, protocols, and LAN administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on and remote technical support for Windows computers, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, repair, and upgrade PCs and peripherals per company standards.
• Respond to service requests, prioritize work, and document troubleshooting steps.
• Troubleshoot Windows client OS, Office applications, user access, and AD accounts.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot LAN connectivity and network issues.
• Support hardware and software deployments and IT projects.
