Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in complex deals.
• Proven success selling data platforms, operational databases, or data/AI infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures and cloud-native services.
• Ability to sell to both technical stakeholders and business leaders.
• Experience leading overlay motions with core Account Executives.
• Executive presence with ability to lead C-level conversations.
• Strong value selling, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lakebase revenue by activations and consumption within defined territory.
• Lead with outcomes for platform, data, and IT personas to accelerate adoption.
• Sell fully-managed Postgres for intelligent applications.
• Run multi-threaded sales cycles from discovery through close.
• Orchestrate PoV/POCs with solution architects and specialists.
• Compete and win against legacy databases leveraging assets and references.
• Align to measurable business outcomes like performance and cost efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, CS, and Partners on territory plans and co-selling.
• Enable the field by sharing best practices and success stories.
