Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience assisting in training staff or managing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the lake facility and surrounding area.
• Oversee and assist in training staff.
• Follows opening & closing procedures.
• Counts the money in the safe and distributes the money to the registers.
• Ensures that daily operation procedures are followed.
• Periodically inspects playground equipment for unsafe areas and report deficiencies to the manager.
• Completes daily reports.
• Verify shelters and restrooms are open and clean daily.
• Locks up building and coordinates with park ranger for money pickup.
• Maintain a safe environment at the lake and playground.
• Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude and resolve guest problems.
