Job summary

SOLitude Lake Management is seeking an Account Manager to grow and maintain client relationships across our lake management services. You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, delivering tailored solutions and proactive support.

In this role, you will coordinate projects, monitor timelines and budgets, and identify opportunities for upselling. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with experience in environmental services a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or sales.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Experience in environmental services or a related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing all aspects of the relationship.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via emails, calls, and meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects for clients, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services based on evolving client goals.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and KPIs for management review.
