Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Labor & Delivery Nurse for a Level II maternal facility in Wisconsin. The unit handles 1–5 daily census with 6 beds and 5 rooms, focusing on active labor, inductions, cesarean deliveries, and NSTs for patients 34 weeks gestation and beyond.

The role requires fetal monitoring proficiency, newborn care, and C‑section support, with self-scheduling and 24/7 shifts available. The facility uses Panda Warmer and Tot Guard System to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in labor and delivery care and fetal monitoring.
• Ability to support cesarean deliveries and newborn care.
• Familiarity with Panda Warmer and Tot Guard System.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients in active labor
• Assist with induction and augmentation of labor
• Provide care for primary and repeat Cesarean section deliveries
• Perform antepartum monitoring
• Conduct and monitor Non-Stress Tests (NSTs)
