Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is hiring an RN for Labor & Delivery in Bakersfield, CA. This contract position spans 13 weeks. The responsibilities include providing L&D care, assisting with deliveries, and coordinating patient care. Required qualifications include an active RN license, BLS/CPR, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications. Night shifts of 36-48 hours per week are expected, along with weekend availability. Vaccinations are required unless exemptions apply.

Job description

RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D) (Contract)

Location: California 93301

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (05/11/2026 – 08/09/2026)

Pay: $2,605 – $2,917/week

Schedule

Night Shift (12‑hour shifts)

36‑48 hours per week

Floating to NICU and Postpartum (PP) as needed

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• BSN: Preferred

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN License (state of practice): Required

• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM): Required

Additional Notes

Call required for surgical techs only (manager discretion)

Weekend requirements vary by FTE
