Job summary

JP Mascaro & Sons in Souderton, PA, is hiring a Laborer to support field operations and site maintenance. You will perform light cleaning inside offices, help with landscaping, and assist with onsite tasks as directed.

This role requires comfort outdoors in all weather, the ability to work every other Saturday and overtime, and a strong work ethic. Organized and self-motivated candidates will excel in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Light cleaning duties inside office buildings.
• Maintain landscaping onsite including mowing, weed-whacking, mulching.
• Assist with onsite operations as needed when instructed by supervisor.
• Keep the onsite roads/surrounding area litter free.
