Job summary

Pioneer Crossing Landfill, a JP Mascaro & Sons facility in Birdsboro, PA, is hiring a motivated Construction Laborer to join our onsite team. You will support demolition, framing carpentry, flooring installs, and heavy equipment operations while following safety protocols and timelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Construction experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Remodeling techniques knowledge is beneficial.
• Stucco application knowledge is a plus.
• Flooring installation experience is advantageous.
• Frame carpentry principles desirable.
• Ability to read and understand schematics.
• Masonry experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and safety on the job site.
• Independent worker with strong work ethic.
• Organized and motivated to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onsite construction operations as instructed by supervisor.
• Assist in remodeling tasks, including demolition and installation of new structures.
• Support flooring installation efforts, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting.
• Engage in frame carpentry activities, constructing frameworks for buildings.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Set-up signs, cones, etc. around the work area to divert traffic.
• Ensure all safety rules and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Keep the onsite roads/surrounding area litter free.
• Special projects and other job duties as assigned.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter to support taking the team to the next level.
