Job summary

J.P. Mascaro & Sons Inc is seeking a Laborer for our Souderton, PA location. You will perform light cleaning inside facilities, assist with landscaping, and support onsite operations as needed.

You should be comfortable outdoors in all weather, able to work Saturdays and overtime, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks. We offer competitive pay and benefits in a family-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Comfort level working outdoors in all weather and indoors.
• Ability to work every other Saturday (as required) and overtime.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Light cleaning duties inside office buildings.
• Maintain landscaping onsite including mowing, weed-whacking, mulching.
• Assist with onsite operations as needed when instructed by supervisor.
• Keep the onsite roads/surrounding area litter free.
