Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Darigold is seeking a Laboratory Technician for our Portland location. The role involves ensuring that all products' analytical, microbiological, and organoleptic properties meet product and regulatory specifications.

What You Will Do

• Ensure that all products' analytical, microbiological, and organoleptic properties comply with specifications. Communicate test results to Lab Supervisor, Director, and management as necessary.
• Immediately contact the Supervisor if a product does not meet specifications and recommend process adjustments.
• Obtain samples of finished products, raw ingredients, and pasteurized ingredients for micro and analytical testing.
• Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and testing methods yield results consistent with standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a science discipline preferred

Schedule

Wednesday through Saturday, 10 PM to 8:30 AM PST (four 10-hour shifts). Schedule may change.
