Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC in Manchester, NH seeks a Laboratory Systems Technical Analyst to bridge Laboratory Services, IT, and clinical operations. You will administer LIS, support interfaces, and ensure accurate order processing and results delivery.

This role requires hands-on LIS configuration, interface testing with HL7, and collaboration across teams to meet HIPAA and CLIA standards. You will build dashboards and run analytics to improve reliability and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, informatics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• At least two years supporting healthcare technology and laboratory systems.
• Experience with LIS, EMR interfaces, and HL7 messaging.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data integrity, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Laboratory Information System (LIS) to support accurate workflows.
• Support LIS-to-EMR interfaces and HL7 messaging across systems.
• Coordinate interface testing and maintain interface documentation.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure data integrity and patient safety.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data monitoring tools for quality and operations.
