SGMC Health seeks a Laboratory Systems Interface Analyst to bridge Laboratory Operations, IT, and vendors. You will design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot interfaces linking instruments, middleware, and Epic Beaker/Lab to ensure seamless data exchange.

The role requires strong technical and lab workflow knowledge, plus the ability to translate operational needs into robust system functionality and optimized workflows across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Laboratory Technician (MLT/MLS or equivalent) or equivalent laboratory experience.
• Experience supporting laboratory workflows and diagnostic instrumentation.
• Experience with LIS/EHR systems and middleware interfaces.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory system interfaces.
• Ensure data exchange between laboratory instruments, middleware, and the Epic EHR.
• Translate operational needs into system functionality and optimize workflows.
