INDLABPHARM is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to coordinate and oversee laboratory operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, QC, supply management, and collaborate with clinical teams to support patient testing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or physical science, 1–2 years of lab and leadership experience, and MLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Physical Science; meet CLIA high-complexity testing requirements.
• 1–2 years of related lab experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily laboratory operations, including staffing and workflow management.
• Oversees testing processes ensuring timely, accurate results in compliance with CAP/CLIA/Joint Commission.
• Manages QC and proficiency testing; documents corrective actions and accreditation compliance.
• Leads and develops lab staff through competency assessments and training.
• Monitors equipment and preventive maintenance; escalates issues when needed.
• Supports financial management by monitoring supplies and reducing waste.
• Facilitates communication with clinical teams and staff meetings.
• Ensures a safe, compliant work environment and infection control adherence.
• Drives process improvements to boost efficiency and patient care.
