Certified Group is seeking a Laboratory Services Supervisor to lead daily operations across Microbiology, Chemistry, Sample Intake, and Media Preparation. You will supervise technicians, ensure accurate testing, and maintain safety and quality.

This role emphasizes process improvements, audit readiness, and employee development in a fast-paced environment with exposure to chemicals and PPE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or biological sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading an hourly workforce in an operations environment.
• Experience in commercial laboratory testing or manufacturing preferred (e.g., food, cosmetics, tobacco).
• Strong understanding of quality and safety standards.
• Ability to interpret technical and regulatory documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily lab operations and frontline leadership.
• Coach team members on quality control and best practices.
• Prepare for internal and external audits.
• Lead daily operational huddles and manage staffing.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of results.
