Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in complex sales environments.
• Successful negotiation, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and manage the sales process with competing priorities.
• Proven business acumen and drive to tackle complex sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and achieves financial commitments by developing and executing market strategies.
• Monitors profitability, reviews accounts for rebates/returns issues.
• Maintains relationships with customers to sustain business.
• Negotiates contracts locally, including costing with manufacturers.
• Ensures optimal service levels and coordinates internal teams.
• Validates contract integrity and manages account maintenance.
• Provides product demonstrations, samples, and hospital staff trainings.
• Assists in collecting aging accounts receivable when necessary.
