Job summary

Cardinal Health’s Lab sales team is seeking a Sales Consultant, Laboratory Products & Distribution to grow the Cardinal Health Brand and distribution services across Minnesota. You will lead efforts to meet diverse lab needs, including custom kitting and services, while building and sustaining relationships with current and new accounts.

Responsibilities include territory management, contract negotiations, product demonstrations, and collaboration across national accounts and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous successful sales experience in distribution or healthcare preferred.
• Lab experience beneficial.
• Experience with Microsoft applications and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Understands the sales process in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Able to travel as needed (4–6 overnights/month).
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Customer/Vendor credentialing is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large territory to increase account penetration and customer satisfaction in the lab space.
• Drive new business and grow Cardinal Health Brand and distribution services.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams and manage contracts locally.
• Provide demonstrations/demos of products and conduct staff trainings.
• Maintain SFDC records and participate in meetings, trade shows, and events.
