Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of laboratory procedures, accreditation, proficiency testing and quality control.
• Experience in performing EKGs helpful.
• Knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Medical terminology required.
• Knowledge of Lab panels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Eagleville Hospital’s laboratory services.
• Trains all Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist and/or other Lab personnel.
• Maintains all records relating to quality control.
• Performs phlebotomies.
• Reports any infectious disease to the Health Services manager.

Skills
