Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Coordinator of Outpatient Laboratories is responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple outpatient laboratory sites. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality laboratory services, efficient workflow, and compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee daily operations, manage resources, and maintains a patient-centered approach to care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education:
• High School Diploma preferred
• Experience:
• 3 years of phlebotomy and/or lab processing experience or equivalent experience in Health Care.
• Previous training or teaching experience preferred.
• Licensure and/or Certification:
• None required
• Skills:
• Must have excellent customer service skills
