Role

Supervisor of Clinical Laboratory Operations at Adaptive, overseeing daily personnel management and ensuring high-quality processing of research and clinical diagnostic samples in a CLIA/CAP/NYS/FDA-certified lab. Objectives include maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing lab workflows, and supporting team development.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical, Physical, or Biological Sciences with 4+ years of molecular lab experience, including 1+ year in high-complexity clinical testing
• MS with 2+ years of relevant experience
• molecular biology expertise
• ability to work independently and manage a complex team

Preferred: 2+ years at Adaptive, team/shift lead experience, ASCP(MB) certification.

Schedule

Wed-Sat 9:30am-8:00pm; work involves handling biological specimens, chemicals, and biohazards with flexibility for extended hours.
