Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Four years of training and experience in high-complexity testing in the respective specialty.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and conducts performance evaluations, and supervises the workflow for designated staff.
• Schedules and manages the use of labor and resources within budgetary guidelines.
• Ensures accreditation with CAP, CMS, AABB, FDA and CLIA for patient care and nursing, and OSHA compliance.
• Participates in task forces to plan and coordinate activities to maximize service quality and efficiency.
• Acts as a liaison to disseminate information within the organization and to parent partners.
