Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Irving, TX is seeking a Lab Supervisor to oversee the laboratory team. The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM with a pay range starting at $76,400 per year plus potential bonus opportunities.

The position requires strong supervisory experience, clinical laboratory expertise, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology. Excellent leadership and organizational skills are essential for maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years full-time supervisory experience.
• Six years clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology (Required/Preferred).

Responsabilités

• Oversee activities of the department, distribute/assign work, determine priorities, schedule non-routine procedures.
• Perform supervisory functions for their assigned staff including interviewing, hiring, training and providing staff development through performance evaluation and corrective counseling.
• Perform advanced/specialized tests and other related laboratory techniques. May duplicate work of others to confirm test results. Re-evaluate methodology, make recommended changes and assists in test interpretation.
