Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks a Medical Laboratory Scientist Group Lead in Irving, TX. The role operates Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with a pay range of $30.85+ per hour and potential shift differentials for second and third shifts.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of clinical experience as a Medical Technologist in the designated discipline.
• Foreign educated candidates must provide credential evaluation from IERF; US-educated candidates must provide original transcript.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in all duties of a Medical Technologist I and II.
• Perform and report analytical tests according to SOPs and quality control requirements.
• Support lab policies for specimen handling, processing, testing, and recordkeeping of patient results.
• Adhere to schedules to maintain turnaround times, including STATS or critical results.
• Perform QC analysis, review results, and make QC decisions on assays or tests.
