Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory capabilities required for managing staff and operations.
• Strong communications and collaboration with medical staff and leaders.
• Understanding of quality management and regulatory requirements in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership, coaches teams, and aligns goals with strategy.
• Consults with technical directors, medical staff, and other health care providers.
• Directs Team Leaders in supervision of technical functions and staffing.
• Implements Quality Management Programs and ensures safety and compliance.
• Leads introduction of new technology and staff training on validations and assays.
• Collaborates on strategic plans to improve efficiency across the laboratory.
