Qualifications

• Minimum years in clinical laboratory supervision and regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Monitors pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical phases of test systems.
• Oversees a Quality Control/Quality Improvement program and regulatory compliance.
• Manages staff performance, scheduling and development.
• Coordinates department budgeting, cost controls and inventory management.
• Ensures quality documentation and adherence to accrediting standards.
• Supports clinical research trials and collaboration with investigators.
