Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Laboratory Operations Manager to lead a high‑performing team in our laboratory operations. You will drive workforce planning, coaching, development, and performance management to ensure safety, quality, and on‑time results, while building leaders and fostering accountability.

You will partner with the Senior Laboratory Operations Manager to execute strategy, optimize workflow, and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with leadership potential.
• Laboratory management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and development of lab staff.
• Oversee day-to-day lab operations ensuring safety, quality and throughput.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality systems alignment.
