• 5–7 years of laboratory leadership experience.
• ASCP or AMT‑MT certification required; CLIA General Supervisor qualification.

Responsibilities

• Leads laboratory huddles and rounds on team members.
• Manages staffing using workload reports and budget oversight.
• Ensures compliance with CAP/CLIA accreditation and safety standards.
• Oversees competency management and annual evaluations.
• Collaborates with Medical Director on performance indicators and quality improvement.
