• ASCP/AMT MT certification required.
• General Supervisor licensure under CLIA 88 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and operational oversight of UVA CH laboratory to ensure quality testing and regulatory compliance.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and performance improvements across pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic processes.
• Ensure competency records, safety rounds, and inspections meet accrediting standards.
• Support team development and participate in laboratory leadership activities and committees.
