Job summary

National Blood Testing Partners seeks a dynamic Laboratory Supervisor to provide direct supervision and daily oversight for the laboratory department and staff. You will guide, support, and manage a team of Laboratory Scientists to ensure operational excellence and high-quality testing results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or medical technology, strong knowledge of standards and regulations (FDA, CLIA, CMA), and leadership experience in high-performing lab teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or medical technology.
• Knowledge of FDA/CLIA/CAP standards and relevant guidance.
• Knowledge of laboratory processes, inventory, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the laboratory department and staff to ensure quality testing and operational excellence.
• Guide, support, and manage daily departmental operations and decision-making in line with policies and regulatory guidelines.
