Zusammenfassung

Revvity is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join the West Region Service Team based in Fresno, CA. You will install, maintain, verify performance, and repair scientific instruments at customer sites, delivering best-in-class service and building strong customer relationships.

The role requires rigorous troubleshooting, solid engineering or STEM education, and hands-on experience with diagnostic instruments. Travel within the West region is expected as needed.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA degree in engineering or STEM with 5+ years in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and instrument support.
• AS/AA degree in engineering or STEM or Military Training with 7+ years in installation, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Aufgaben

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Act as primary service liaison for customers, building strong relationships.
• Achieve response time targets for contract customers.
• Keep Area Team Leader and Area Sales Manager informed of issues.
• Manage due dates for Preventive Maintenance Service Orders.
• Complete service orders in a timely manner.
• Order and maintain inventory to support the territory.
• Provide billable estimates for servicing instruments.
• Accountability for company assets including vehicle, tools, laptop, and phone.
• Complete expense reports for company card usage.
• Complete required training in a timely manner.
• Report potential quality issues via CAPA.
• Travel post-training would be minimal and infrequent.

Kenntnisse

Excellent organizational skills

Strong communication skills

Experience with multi-label detection

Experience with LC-MS or similar

OEM service experience (Sciex, Waters,

Hamilton, Tecan, etc.)

Troubleshooting complex technicals

Electro-mechanical skills

Valid Driver’s License

MS-Office products proficiency
