Job summary

Labtech Diagnostics, LLC is seeking a Customer Service/Operations Support Associate to assist daily laboratory operations and provide excellent service to clients, patients, and staff. You will be the main contact for inquiries, help with specimen processing, and ensure accurate documentation in line with lab standards.

You will enter data into the LIS, verify orders, prepare paperwork, and support QA activities while coordinating with lab staff to maintain smooth workflows and timely turnaround.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a medical laboratory or customer service setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for clients, providers, and internal teams via phone, email, and in person.
• Respond to inquiries regarding test orders, specimen requirements, results status, and general lab services.
• Enter and update data in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Verify patient and test order information for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare paperwork, labels, and shipping materials.
• Support quality assurance activities by following SOPs and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with lab staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely turnaround.
• Assist with inventory tracking, supply ordering, and restocking.
• Support special projects, audits, or process improvement initiatives.
