Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a medical laboratory or customer service.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providers, and internal teams.
• Respond to inquiries about test orders, specimen requirements, results status, and general lab services.
• Assist with specimen receiving, accessioning, and documentation.
• Enter and verify data in the LIS and maintain accuracy.
