Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Reading, PA seeks a Labor Relations (LR) Administrator to support the HRIS team by monitoring data integrity, auditing records, and handling system testing and issue tracking.

You will work with LRS, Oracle E-Business Suite, Taleo, Learn, and BI tools to maintain pay/benefits data for union associates and to improve processes across HR and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Experience in HR, Labor Relations, or Payroll systems preferred.
• Strong Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to organize and manage small projects and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support and monitor system issues through audits.
• Document, test, and implement system enhancements and features.
• Configure and update HR/LR data in LRS and related systems.
• Process group rate changes, deduction changes, and other LRS processes.
• Create and distribute ad hoc and scheduled reports.
• Maintain security guidelines for sensitive data.
• Utilize relational DBs and reporting tools to gather information.
• Execute test scripts and UAT; document results and escalated issues.
• Explain current system functionality and identify improvement areas.
• Support other projects as assigned by the Manager.
