Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Reading, PA seeks an HRIS Administrator to oversee daily Workforce system administration, perform audits for data integrity, and support end users. Onsite 4 days a week, you will configure setups, manage data, and collaborate with BI on audits.

The ideal candidate has experience with HR systems, 2+ years in business systems support, and strong Excel/Office skills, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Required (Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field)
• Min of 2 years experience working in a role supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting, and issue resolution
• Intermediate: understanding of systems of record and data structures with ability to interpret transactional history (HR systems preferred)
• Must have an intermediate level of experience editing report queries and relational DBs like Qlik and Access
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint required
• Knowledge of SaaS issue resolution process
• Knowledge of HR & Payroll processes and procedures preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel, work onsite, background check and drug screening are required

Responsibilities

• Configure and update setup tables such as organizational tables, position profiles, and locations to maintain core setups
• Address HR Help Desk requests and interpret associate transactional data
• Utilize audits to investigate system performance issues and ensure data integrity
• Provide general knowledge and training on end-user system usage
• Execute test scripts after uploads, enhancements, or upgrades
• Document and reproduce issues, escalate to the WFS Supervisor
• Collaborate with BI team to develop audits from existing reports and data sources
• Maintain established security guidelines for reporting on sensitive data
• Explain system functionality, document SOPs, and identify areas for improvement
• Handle other projects as assigned by the Manager
