Job summary

Penske seeks a Labor Relations (LR) Administrator to support the HRIS team in Reading, PA, ensuring data integrity across HR/LR systems. You will monitor, audit, and test data, perform mass updates, and generate regular and ad hoc reports while maintaining security standards.

The role partners with multiple platforms and requires strong analytical and communication skills. Key duties include UAT, system configuration, and collaboration on process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• With a Bachelor's degree: ≥1 year in a role supporting business systems, including reporting and issue resolution.
• Work related to contract administration preferred.
• Without Bachelor's Degree: ≥5 years in system administration and contract administration, HR/LR, or Payroll systems is required.
• Experience in HR, L&D, or Payroll systems preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• First level customer support/monitoring for system issues through reviewing tickets and audits.
• Review, document and test issues/new features/process improvements in the system.
• Update tables, location info, profiles, and other system tables for pay and benefits administration.
• Process group rate changes, grow-in rates, deduction changes, and other LRS processes.
• Validate data flows to payroll and downstream applications.
• Create and distribute ad hoc and scheduled reports; maintain data security guidelines.
• Execute test scripts and UAT; document results and elevate issues.
• Explain current system functionality and identify improvement areas.
• Assist with other projects as assigned by the Manager.
