Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• HR experience a plus.
• Experience leading/managing projects is required; formal training in this area is a plus.
• Extremely strong communication skills, including oral and written communication and strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to travel, work the required schedule, and undergo background verification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Labor Relations programs, projects, and initiatives from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with multiple levels within the organization to evaluate associate and business requirements.
• Consult with Senior Management in Labor Relations and propose expanded initiatives.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
• Institute measures to monitor Labor processes.
• Coordinate with other HR Program Managers to ensure consistent processes.
• Perform other programs and tasks as assigned.
