Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Labor Relations Administrator to support the HRIS team by monitoring and ensuring data integrity across HR/LR systems.

The role involves testing, auditing, and handling tickets, with a focus on pay/benefits for union associates and collaboration with Oracle E-Business Suite, Taleo, Learn, and reporting tools. The position requires strong Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint skills, attention to data security, and the ability to manage small projects across HR

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• With Bachelor's degree: At least 1 year of experience supporting business systems (customer support, reporting, issue resolution).
• Without Bachelor's Degree: At least 5 years in system administration and contract administration roles; HR/LR/Payroll systems experience preferred.
• Work related to HR, L&D, or Payroll systems is preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of systems of record and their data structure (HR systems preferred).
• Intermediate understanding of contract administration (systems) and process compliance.
• Knowledge of HR & Payroll processes and procedures preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage small projects.

Responsibilities

• First Level customer support/monitoring for system issues through review of tickets and audits.
• Review, document and test issues/new features/process improvements in the system.
• System administrative tasks: update and configure tables, location info, profiles, and other system tables; process group rate changes and deductions; validate data flows to payroll.
• Create and distribute ad hoc and scheduled reports.
• Maintain security guidelines for reporting on sensitive data.
• Use relational DBs and reporting tools to gather required information.
• Execute test scripts and UAT to verify functionality after enhancements or upgrades; document results.
• Explain current system functionality and identify improvement areas.
• Perform other projects as assigned by the Manager.
