Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Reading, PA is seeking an HRIS Administrator to support Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR systems. You will manage daily system administration, data integrity, audits, and end-user training to ensure accurate personnel information.

This onsite role requires at least 2 years handling business systems, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with the BI team to improve HR data workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in IT/HR/Business.
• Min 2 years supporting business systems, including customer support and issue resolution.
• Experience with HR systems data structures and reporting preferred (HR/payroll knowledge).

Responsibilities

• Configure and update setup tables such as organizational tables, position profiles, and locations.
• Address HR Help Desk requests to support end users and interpret data/processes.
• Utilize audits to investigate system performance and ensure data integrity.
• Provide training on end-user system usage.
• Execute test scripts after uploads, enhancements, or upgrades.
• Document and reproduce issues, escalating to the WFS Supervisor.
• Collaborate with BI team to develop audits from multiple data sources.
• Maintain security guidelines for reporting on sensitive data.
• Explain current system status, document SOPs, identify improvements.
• Other projects as assigned by the Manager.
