Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in Reading, PA, is seeking a Labor Relations Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide programs and initiatives. You will partner with Field & Corporate HR, Shared Services, and WFSA to align people programs with business goals.

You will manage multiple programs, deliver tailored communications, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve program goals while ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• HR experience a plus.
• Experience leading/managing projects is required; formal training in this area is a plus.
• Extremely strong communication skills, including oral and written communication skills and strong presentation skills and meeting facilitation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with strong attention to detail.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability and willingness to travel, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background verification (to include past employment and education) are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Labor Relations programs, projects, and initiatives, including the planning, analysis, design/development, execution, monitoring and control of defined initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple levels within the organization to evaluate associate and business requirements.
• Consult with Senior Management in Labor Relations and propose expanded initiatives that align with existing work that will better meet the needs of the organization.
• Interface with cross-functional teams at all levels to successful completion or Program goals.
• Institute measures to monitor Labor processes.
• Collaborate with the other HR Program Managers where appropriate to create consistency in program management processes and applications.
• Other programs and tasks as assigned.
