Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation is seeking an Investigator to conduct fair, thorough workplace investigations into employee concerns and policy violations. You will partner with Workforce Services, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and project leadership to gather facts, assess evidence, and provide findings and recommendations.

The role requires confidentiality, impartiality, and adherence to investigation standards, plus the ability to analyze trends and support continuous improvement of labor relations

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations from intake through closure, addressing harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations.
• Interview witnesses, gather evidence, assess credibility, and prepare written findings.
• Maintain case records, generate metrics, and advise on industrial relations practices.
• Coordinate with Workforce Services, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and Security on shared matters.
• Support supervisor training on complaint handling and investigation awareness.
