Bechtel is seeking a dedicated Investigator to conduct fair and thorough workplace investigations. You will partner with Workforce Services, project leadership, Legal, Ethics & Compliance to gather facts, assess evidence, determine findings, and provide actionable recommendations that support a respectful, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

The role requires handling confidential information with impartiality, applying investigation standards, and traveling to sites as needed to support

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of EEOC, ADA, harassment, FMLA, and FLSA legislation.
• Ability to conduct and document workplace investigations independently.

Aufgaben

• Conduct investigations into employee concerns, alleged misconduct, and policy violations from intake to closure.
• Interview witnesses and subjects, collect and preserve evidence, and assess credibility.
• Prepare written reports with findings, analyses, and policy implications.
• Provide guidance to supervision on disciplinary standards and investigation practices.
• Maintain case records, track aging and outcomes, and generate metrics.
