Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Investigator to conduct fair and thorough workplace investigations, partnering with Workforce Services, Legal, Ethics and Compliance, and project leadership to gather facts and provide findings and recommendations. The role emphasizes confidentiality, impartiality, and compliance with policy and law.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of EEOC, ADA, harassment, FMLA, and FLSA legislation.
• Demonstrated experience independently conducting workplace investigations and documenting findings.
• Willingness to travel to projects and craft work locations; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations from intake through closure, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations.
• Prepare written investigation reports with allegations, evidence, credibility assessments, findings, and analysis.
• Advise on disciplinary standards and labor relations practices; coordinate with stakeholders across functions.
• Maintain investigations case records, track aging and outcomes, and produce metrics for leadership.
• Assist in training supervisors on complaint handling and investigation awareness.
