Job summary

Bechtel’s Labor Relations team is seeking a senior professional to guide policy interpretation, LR system and process management. This role supports LR leadership, construction teams and project offices with analytical reporting and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of related experience in labor relations, HR, or workforce administration. Strong communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of labor laws are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in HR, Labor Relations, Business Admin or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2–5 years in labor relations, HR, or workforce administration.
• Experience with data tracking, reporting and workplace systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and union environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with projects to resolve LR system related issues.
• Develops/mantains specialized reporting for Project, Client and/or LR management.
• Researches and resolves LR policy related issues.
• Travels as needed to project sites and corporate offices.
• Supports workforce activities and onboarding processes.
• Work extended hours.
• Monitor and report industry data and workforce trends.
