You will analyze data to inform decisions, handle investigations, and coach leadership on discipline and attendance, while implementing lean initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• On-site work with rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Equitable administration of the collective agreement, including grievance administration and compliance.
• Provide labor relations support to employees and leaders across the organization.
• Facilitate management/union relations and support investigations (EEOC and others).
• Coach and guide management on discipline and attendance practices.
• Analyze data and prepare trend presentations; implement lean manufacturing activities.
