Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of labor/employee relations experience in a unionized environment.
• Ability to work under supervision, with strong judgment and time management.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining, and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with unions and labor agencies on labor relations matters.
• Develop and communicate HR policies aligned with plan goals.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for labor relations initiatives.
• Support investigations, grievances, and hearings.
