NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking a Labor Relations professional to support collective bargaining, grievances handling, and data tracking. You will work under supervision with latitude for independent judgment and ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws.

The role involves coordinating trainings, preparing reports, and serving as a liaison to union partners and city offices. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, labor relations or related field; or
• Associate’s Degree with two years of relevant experience in labor relations.

Responsabilités

• Assist in negotiations, arbitration and proceedings with documentation.
• Process grievances and provide information to employees and reps.
• Track actions in grievance steps and monitor deadlines.
• Maintain labor relations records and LR TEAAM data.
• Prepare reports and materials for labor relations initiatives.
• Coordinate trainings, meetings and related events.
