Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Workforce Planning and Analysis professional to lead labor forecasting and analytics for Universal Studios Hollywood. You will partner with Industrial Engineering, park departments, HR Staffing and Learning & Organizational Development to model labor needs and drive hiring targets across all seasons.

You will develop KPIs, provide real-time schedule tracking, and support labor schedulers to implement utilization improvements; strong Excel, SAP and Power BI skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field with 3+ years finance experience.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities; SAP/Power BI knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring plans for USH and model labor needs with department partners.
• Analyze staffing, attrition, availability and demand to set hiring targets.
• Partner with HR staffing to execute plan within timing and capacity.
• Identify drivers of team member utilization and implement initiatives to improve efficiency.
