NBCUniversal's Universal Studios Hollywood is seeking a Workforce Planning and Analysis professional to lead labor forecasting and analytics within the Finance organization. You will drive hiring plans, model labor needs, and partner across departments to optimize labor utilization and scheduling.

The role requires strong analytics, Excel proficiency, and experience with SAP/Power BI. Hybrid work arrangement with potential weekend/OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance or related field with 3+ years finance experience.
• Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Universal City, CA and overtime/weekends with short notice.
• Hybrid: minimum four days per week in the office.

Responsabilités

• Own hiring plans for USH; partner with IE, park departments, HR Staffing and L&OD to model labor needs, budget, and targets.
• Analyze staffing levels, attrition, availability, transfers, terminations, and demand to set department hiring targets.
• Partner with HR staffing to execute the plan within timing and capacity constraints.
• Understand drivers of team member utilization and identify initiatives to increase utilization.
• Support labor schedulers with reporting, tools, and other support.
• Identify KPIs for WP&A and build corresponding analysis/reporting.
• Analyze past performance to establish baselines and collaborate on future goals.
• Leverage data to create real-time tracking of weekly schedules to enable utilization and consistency improvements.
• Recommend steps to improve performance based on data analytics.
