Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Workforce Planning & Analysis professional within the Universal Studios Hollywood Finance organization to lead Labor Forecasting and analytics initiatives. The role will partner with Industrial Engineering, park departments, HR Staffing and L&OD to optimize hiring targets and labor utilization across all departments and seasons.

The position requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with SAP or Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance or related field with 3+ years Finance experience.
Willing to work in Universal City and work overtime, and/or on weekends with short notice
Willing to submit to a background investigation and have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.

Responsibilities

Own hiring plans for USH and model labor needs, budget, and targets for all departments and seasons.
Analyze staffing levels, attrition, availability, transfers, terminations, and demand to set targets.
Partner with HR staffing to execute and be accountable to the plan within hiring timing and capacity constraints.
Understand drivers of Team Member utilization and identify initiatives to increase utilization and reduce hiring.
Support labor schedulers with reporting, tools, and other operational support.
